Gradbach

Gradbach is an area on the edge of the peak district that offers a gateway to many great walks and beautiful scenery. The accommodation is more than just a typical walkers retreat – they offer a great restaurant, nicely decorated rooms and a higher end of service.

I was tasked with designing and styling the Gradbach website for Plinkfizz, incorporating the styling that had been agreed within the brand development that had been completed first. The main thing for me was to get across just how nice the surrounding area is and use that as the main selling point, after all it’s what most customers will be there for. We used nice big calls to action and rustic fonts to compliment the great hand drawn style of the new branding. We threw in some scrolling functionality to just lift it and add a nice bit of sparkle to set them above the rest.
